The Northern Lights Experience

The Northern Lights Experience is an hour-long guided experience in the Arktikum Science Centre. You will be shown beautiful images, videos and timelapse movies of the Northern Lights, but more importantly, you will also deepen your understanding of the science behind this beautiful phenomenon. We start from the sun and Galileo Galilei and his initial research, and make our way to the current time through a scientific understanding of the Northern Lights. It is a journey that is both visually and intellectually spectacular, hopefully expanding the minds of all participants.

The Northern Lights Experience is unique in many ways. It already starts after booking your experience. You will be provided with a unique link that provides you with the background knowledge that you can familiarize yourself with, prior to the actual visit. It gives you an opportunity to better understand the science related to the Northern Lights and thereby to make the most out of your visit.

But the experience doesn't end with the visit. In addition, you are also provided with a unique link after your visit to Arktikum Science Centre and participating in The Northern Lights Experience is over.
